Please join us for our monthly event as speaker James Lewandowski, director of human capital management at Gartner Consulting's Federal Practice, explores in depth why why it is essential to develop both skills and competencies for creating a high-performance workforce.
Speaker
James Lewandowski consults as a subject matter expert in areas such as IT career development and performance management models, outsourcing solutions and compensation analysis. Mr. Lewandowski also provides organizational assessment and design recommendations to improve the efficiency and quality of IT organizations.
Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Lewandowski was a senior portfolio manager for IBM. His responsibilities included developing and managing the work authorization process for an outsourcing agreement with AT&T, which resulted in AT&T awarding all of its application development to IBM.

- Mr. Lewandowski holds a bachelor of arts in economics from Michigan State University, a master's degree in economics from the London School of Economics and an MBA in economics and statistics from the University of Chicago (where he also completed work toward a Ph.D.).
